Privacy & cookie policy
General
This policy explains what information is collected on yotamsraya.com, how it is used and what your rights are, in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981 (including Amendment 13) and, for visitors from the EU, the GDPR.
Site owner and data controller: Yotam Sraya, Chinese & Japanese medicine practitioner, Tel Aviv. Contact: +972 54-569-0469 · yotam.sraya@gmail.com.
What is collected
Technical and statistical data about site use: pages viewed, visit duration, device and browser type, approximate location (city/country) and traffic source (for example a Google ad). This is collected through cookies and third-party tools, subject to your consent.
The site has no forms and does not collect your name, phone number or medical information. When you tap WhatsApp or the phone number, you move to an external app, and whatever you choose to share goes directly to Yotam.
Why it is used
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To measure advertising effectiveness (for example how many enquiries came from a given ad) and to show relevant ads.
- Your data is never sold.
Cookies and third-party tools
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (Google) – usage statistics.
- Google Ads (Google) – conversion measurement and advertising.
- Meta Pixel (Meta / Facebook and Instagram) – advertising measurement and ads.
- Instagram embeds – loaded only when you tap a video testimonial.
- The cookie banner lets you accept or refuse these tools. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page, or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- Some of these providers process data outside Israel (including in the USA and the EU), under their own privacy policies.
Medical information and enquiries
Information you give Yotam by WhatsApp, phone or during treatment is kept confidential, used only for your care and to contact you, and never shared with third parties except as required by law.
We recommend not sending sensitive medical documents by WhatsApp before the introductory call.
Security and retention
The site is secured with HTTPS. Statistical data is kept by the tool providers according to their retention periods (Google Analytics: up to 14 months).
Your rights
You may access the data collected about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its use for advertising, by writing to yotam.sraya@gmail.com.
Visitors from the EU also have rights under the GDPR, including lodging a complaint with their data protection authority. In Israel you may contact the Privacy Protection Authority.
